Bullseye Training Service LLC offers many facets of firearm training. Everything from basic firearm instruction to advance firearm defensive techniques.

Bullseye Training Service LLC is an approved business organization for the MN Personal Protection Act throught the BCA (Bureau of Criminal Apprehesion) in the MN Dept. of Public Safety.

Joyce Borchardt leads the Bullseye Training Service LLC team. She is a NRA Training Counselor and Certified Instructor. Besides training NRA courses, she provides Minnesota Permit to Carry course, Utah Concealed Firearms Permit course and private instruction.

Minnesota DNR Firearm Safety Instructor

Joyce's goal is to provide training and instructions to allow students to safely handle firearms and to enjoy the shooting sports.

Tom has been providing a variety of instruction to people in the community for over 25 years.  He is most known for his NAUI SCUBA diving classes and his rescue and recovery diving. While Tom retired from scuba instruction, he still enjoys getting wet.

Tom is a NRA Instructor and Range Safety Officer. He teaches or assists with classes for Bullseye Training Service LLC @ the range. Tom also provides private instruction.

Minnesota DNR Firearms Safety Instructor

Charles Duncan joined the Bullseye Training Service LLC staff in 2008. As a young teen Charles was an avid hunter and was taught about firearms from his father along with Tom Borchardt of Bullseye.

Charles joined the National Guard and was a crewmember of a Howitzer unit and served overseas for 18 months. He learned assembling and disassembling of rifles and is confident with all types of firearms.

Charles is experienced with everything from handguns to a Mk-19 full-auto. He also instructed his fellow soldiers in firearms and shooting safety.

Charles has completed NRA Instructor and Range Safety Officer training and looks forward to teaching quality firearm safety courses.

Rich has been a DNR Firearms Safety Instructor since 2006. He instructs the traditional classroom program and is the field walk leader for the field/exam days conducted at Bullseye. Rich is also a NRA Range Safety Officer.

Rich's involvement in the community includes Vietnam Veteran in the Army 68-70, American Legion member since 1970, VFW and Moose member, Boy Scouts of America Leader for 20 years and American Legion Color Guard for 28 years. Rich also serves as a volunteer fire fighter for the Harris Fire Dept. and has been a firefighter since 1977.
