Course completion must be within one year of your renewal application. You can apply up to 90 days prior to your expiration date and pay the $75 renewal fee. From expiration date and for 30 thereafter you pay a $10 late fee. If you apply 31 days after expiration your application is considered a new application and you pay the $100 application fee.

About the Instructor: Joyce leads the Bullseye Training Service LLC team. She is a NRA Training Counselor and Instructor. Besides training NRA courses, she provides Minnesota Permit to Carry course, Utah Concealed Firearms Permit course and private instruction. Joyce's goal is to provide training and instructions to allow students to safely handle firearms and to enjoy the shooting sports.
